Eyes are usually drawn to the lighter color, and if the top has some additional accessories, than great look just turned into “the best” look. Many of our black and white two piece swimsuits feature Swarovski crystals or other fine accessories on the top. These extra touches just add luxury and value to your already exquisite look.

Sliding adjustable details are great on any swimwear style, one piece or two piece swimsuit for that matter. The great thing about these swimwear details that do come in a variety of colors and styles, is that they slide up and down to conveniently create more or less cleavage. Should you desire more bust exposure, simply slide them down, and viceversa, to obtain a more conservative look with less cleavage exposure, then just slide them up. Not only are you getting the cleavage exposure you want, but you are also getting both a triangle and halter top bikini for the price of one. It simply does not get any any better than that.

Details that adjust can be found in both classic one piece swimsuits as well as in stylish two piece swimsuits. A novelty way to create additional style and to provide a more personalized fit lies in adjustments. Adjustable details are common in many 2010 designer swimwear collections, so get ready to create some adjustments to your summer wardrobe!

Jolidon 2010 two piece swimsuit collections, presented at the fashion Show at Lyon, Paris, are based on “Sensitive” and Folie fabrics that better appeal to customers due to their unique attributes.
The label “sensitive” in a two piece swimsuit shows the use of a special material that offers the most comfort, lets the skin breathe, has high resistance to chlorine, and protects against UV rays. Additionally, a two piece swimsuit labeled with Folie shows the use of a special modern fabric. Folie is a refined fabric, glossy, light, fine, but at the same time resistant. Folie’s main attributes are protection against UV rays, resistance to piling, ultra-fine, soft and pleasant to touch, quick drying, lets the skin breathe and absorbs sweat, gives maximum comfort and offers a perfect fit.

One Piece Swimsuit – Classic Elegance Redefined to Impress You

November 23, 2009 on 8:12 pm | In Swimwear - Swimwear Trends | No Comments

The classic one piece swimsuit style has seen some major improvements throughout the years.  Designers have applied themselves to making one piece swimsuit styles as attractive and innovative as their two piece swimsuit counterparts.

One can find one piece swimsuit in the following styles, just to name a few: bandeau, halter, triangle, and underwire. The color palette ranges from white, black to floral and animal prints. For an added touch of luxury, one piece swimsuits are enriched with Swarovski crystals, beads, pearls, and braided applications. You’ll also find one piece swimsuits overlaid with sheer fabric or lace that makes them that more attractive and glamorous.

One piece swimsuit style is perfectly suitable for smaller as well as larger silhouettes. While they help accentuate the curves in smaller silhouettes, one piece swimsuit styles do great to create the visual illusion of longevity in larger silhouettes.

Not surprising, one piece swimsuit styles are largely preferred by women who need to hide their belly imperfections, either caused by giving birth or by some other unfortunate accidents.

This said, we applaud designers who apply themselves to making one piece swimsuits as visually appealing as two piece swimsuits and monokinis.  Nobody should sacrifice style and fashion just because they have to wear a one piece swimsuit.

Swimsuit Style of the Week – Underwire Swimsuits

November 8, 2009 on 3:51 pm | In Product Review, Swimsuit Style of the Week, Swimwear - Swimwear Trends | No Comments

A very interesting phonecall spawned the idea of starting a “Swimsuit Style of the Week” column. A very happy lady calls to inform us that we have just sent her the “best swimsuit of all”. Because of her big bust, she could only wear halter style or triangle style swimsuits. Until now! She had just discovered our Jolidon underwire swimsuits…and what a discovery! Her bust now gets the support she has been looking for.

Jolidon Underwire Push-up Swimsuit

Jolidon Underwire Push-up Swimsuit

Underwire swimsuits, unlike halter tops, probably provide the best support for your bust. Although they generally look great on women of all body types, underwires are especially great for women with fuller busts as they need extra support for those assets. Women with smaller busts may choose underwires as it will enhance their bust thus better exposing their cleavage. Women with bigger busts may choose underwires as they offer great support. No matter the reason for choosing undewire swimsuits, the best part of all is that underwires generally remain completely hidden to the public. To top it all off, Jolidon underwire swimsuits come with extra removable pads that can be used to accentuate and enhance the much wanted cleavage.

Our happy customer couldn’t believe she could get the support she gets from her lingerie bra in her swimsuit. This is not to mention that Jolidon underwire bras are adorned with beads, pearls and Swarovski crystals to appeal to the most sophisticated ladies who are always looking to be fashionable, glamorous and yet comfortable.

Designer Swimwear – When to Buy That Perfect Designer Swimsuit

October 29, 2009 on 2:57 am | In Great Deals, Swimwear - Swimwear Trends | No Comments

Of course, a designer swimwear piece is higher priced than a suit picked up at WalMart, which may lead to the question if it’s worth it. There is no best answer to this question, it is all up to you. If you are looking for a one time wear or you’re shopping for a small vacation, then you are better of picking up a suit from the store as it will save you money and very well suit your purposes. But if the vacation is in a nice resort or if you know your friends will all wear designer swimsuits, you may discover that a designer swimsuit will better fit your needs. The choice here is yours.

If you’re looking for style, high-quality, longevity, and design, however, and if you’re looking to be the best looking gal in a swimsuit, you may want to look into investing into a designer swimwear piece. Designer swimsuits are usually made from better material, which will stand to immersion in chlorine or salt water and will definitely last longer. Designer swimsuits are also cut to offer a better fit which means you will be able to display your curves better. Many designers now offer cover-ups in the same color tone as the swimsuit, so you will get a perfect summer outfit that does not find its counterpart at the stores. Style and high quality speak for themselves. Designer swimsuits will definitely flatter your body, you will feel more comfortable, and you will attract those much desired compliments. If your budget is tight, but you do want to purchase a designer swimsuit, read on…and find the perfect time when to buy a designer swimsuit.
When is the best time to invest in a designer swimsuit?

Designer swimwear is available in many stores, both online and offline. The best thing about online designer swimwear stores is that they have inventory all year long, unlike offline stores that rotate their inventory according to the season. This brings us to the question of when is the perfect time to buy a designer swimsuit at a relatively low price. The answer is straightforward: offseason. Many retailers lower their prices, have huge discount offers as well as amazing sales as soon as the summer is gone. This is because they want to get rid of the “last season” inventory and bring in next year’s. They do not want to be caught selling 2007 swimsuits in 2010 so they would rather sell their inventory quick even at a lower price. That is right ladies, you may be able to find your perfect bikiniMonokini, or one-piece swimsuit at half the price you would otherwise pay during season. You might say that you do not want last season, that you want to be ahead of fashion. Designers tend to carry their best pieces from year to year, so what you might consider now last season may be next season’s favorite pick.

Women’s Designer Swimwear – Bikinis, Tankinis, Monokinis

Women’s designer swimwear  has experienced many changes from the earlier fashion which were not as sexy and flattering. New age designers have restructured the essence of women’s designer swimwear. Today’s beachwear fashion has witnessed designs and styles like never before. Bikinis, tankinis and monokinis are three styles which are immensely popular today. Let’s look at these women’s designer swimwear trends a little more closely.

Bikinis, tankinis, monokinis and women’s designer swimwear

  • Bikini – Basically a two part swimsuit, a bikini is currently the most popular swimwear trend. Bikini styles range from a little conservative to upfront and bold.
  • Tankini – Tankinis consist of a tank top paired with bottoms which can be Brazilian, California, G-string or any style that the wearer might prefer. As sexy and appealing as a bikini, tankinis are the latest buzz in the world of women’s designer swimwear.
  • Monokini – Essentially a one piece swimwear, monokini is a variety of the classic bikini. The eye catching monokini combines the sexy look of the bikini with a one piece swimsuit. Depending on your point of view, the monokini is a one piece swimsuit with cut outs at the sides, front, and back or a bikini fused together with anything from simple straps, sexy crochet, daring lace, or chain into a one piece. No matter how you look at it, the result is an extremely sexy swimsuit that covers all the strategic points.

Designer Monokini Styles of 2010

October 8, 2009 on 6:09 pm | In Swimwear - Swimwear Trends | No Comments

The modern monokini swimsuit is designed as the ultimate in sexy swimwear. In essence, the monokini swimsuit is a variety of the classic bikini. It uses chains, strips, lace, crochet or other designer thought accessories to join the upper and lower portions of the swimsuit while still providing the basic needed coverage.

Designer monokini trends of 2010 point to the “mix and fit” option of the monokini swimsuit. What this means is that designers have thought of a way to make the connecting part between the upper and lower portions of the swimsuit an optional accessory. Women could wear the top and bottom as separates, without the connecting accessory that make the swimsuit a monokini, and thus, they are actually wearing a nice two-piece designer swimsuit. On the other hand, if the desired look is that of a monokini, they can simply attach the connection accessory and display their bodies into an eye catching, out of the ordinary monokini.

Another way of achieving the double functionality of the swimsuit is to have two completely different bottoms: one as a classical bikini, brazilian or string, and one as the classical monokini bottom that has the fashionable connecting accessory attached. This functionality can be easily accomplished with a sliding triangle bikini top that can easily incorporate the bottom part between the two triangle cups. Women may start off their day at the beach in the stunning looking monokini and later switch the bottom part for a nice classical panty bikini.
